Radio Delay
- Club le Bomb (with Emanuel Guenther), 2004
An event called 'Radio
Delay' was held in an undisclosed space in Munich which guests had to
find via a series of clues broadcast over an evening on a local radio
station - to do so they were asked to bring their own portable radios
with them.
On finding the space they were encountered with a series of concerts by
recognised musicians from both the local and international scene which
were to be seen live but whose audio was to be heard broadcast live on
the radio and not over a live PA. This created a half-second delay between
what was seen and what was heard. The audience were faced with a live
show that resembled a badly-dubbed movie, knowing that what they were
experiencing was live but 'delayed'. Participating musicians included
Electronicat, Goodiepal, Club le Bomb, Acid Gold Chair Sounds and Kamerakino.
